First Degree Fitness was founded in 2000 with the primary goal of offering the commercial fitness industry a new range of equipment that combined robustness with simplicity.  Above all our goal was to give users of all ages, body types, and fitness levels the ability to enjoy a perfectly tailored full body cardio workout, with all the benefits of improved fitness that result.  

Today we make a wide range of machines for both the commercial and home fitness markets. All machines use water as the basis for resistance, and operate a twin tank system to add or remove water, and hence change the resistance level at the turn of a dial.
